I will comply with the rules and regulations for the student behaviour as notified by the Institute from time to time. I agree that the Institute shall have the right to enforce appropriate standards of conduct and that it may terminate my participation at any time in the program for failure to maintain these standards or for any actions or conduct which the Institute considers to be incompatible with the interest harmony, comfort and welfare of other students. If my participation is terminated, I give my consent to be sent home at my own or my parent’s expense with no refund of fees. All references in the undertaking to the Institute shall include the Institute Director, and all its officers. All references herein to the parents of the applicant shall include the legal guardian or other adult responsible for the applicant. In addition to this, I shall abide by all the anti-ragging rules specified by the Institute. I agree that in case of any legal dispute concerning admission procedures, the same shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Dehradun. This undertaking shall take effect from the time I am accepted by and confirmed for enrollment in the institute.

I have read, understood and agree to the above terms and undertaking.

1. I, hereby, declare that, the entries made by me in the application form are complete and true to the best of my knowledge. I, also declare that, I am not suffering from any serious/contagious ailment and/or any psychiatric/psychological disorder.

2. I, hereby, undertake to present the original documents immediately upon demand by the concerned authorities of the Institute.

3. I, hereby, promise to abide by the admissible rules and regulations, concerning discipline, attendance, etc. of the Institute (NIEPVD), and also to follow the code of conduct prescribed for the Students of the Institute, as in force from time to time and subsequent changes/modifications/amendment made thereto. I acknowledge that, the Institute has the authority for taking punitive actions against me for violation and/or non-compliance of the same.

4. I understand that, the minimum attendance shall have to be 80% for theory class and 90% for all practical classes, and 100% for school internship is compulsory and I commit myself to adhere to the same. I also understand that in any case my attendance falls short, for any reason, the competent authority of the Institute may take such punitive action against me, as may be deemed fit and proper.

5. I, hereby declare that, I will neither join in any coercive agitation/strike for the purpose of forcing the authorities of the Institute to solve any problem, nor I will participate in any activity which tends to disturb the peace and tranquillity of life of the NIEPVD campus and/or its Hostel premises.

6. I, hereby declare that, both I will not indulge in, nor tolerate ragging, in any form, even in words or intentions, and I accept to give an undertaking in the prescribed format for the same.

7. I, hereby declare that, I shall be solely responsible for my involvement in any kind of undesirable / in disciplinary activities outside the campus, and shall be liable for punishment as per the law of the land. I, further understand that, the Institute shall in no way provide any support to me and will not be held responsible for my any such action. I further declare that, my admission may be cancelled, at any stage, if I am found ineligible and/or the information's provided by me are found to be incorrect.

8. I, hereby undertake to inform the Institute, about any changes in the information submitted by me, in the Application Form and any other documents, including changes in addresses and phone nos., from time to time.

9. I, hereby, declared that I will not demand any assistive devices such as laptop/computer/electronic gadgets which is not covered under ADIP scheme.
